The discovery call takes about 30 minutes. The remote or on-site audit typically runs 2 to 4 hours depending on environment complexity. For Long Island businesses under 50 users, the entire assessment is usually completed within one week from first contact to written report delivery.

Is the assessment truly free? What's the catch?

There is no catch. The assessment is genuinely free with no obligation. We use it to build trust and demonstrate the depth of our work. You own the findings report and can use it with any IT provider. We do not follow up with aggressive sales calls — you'll hear from us once to deliver the report, and after that only if you reach out.

Do I need to be on-site for the assessment?

Not necessarily. Most assessments can be done remotely using our secure audit tools. However, if you want a physical network walk-through — particularly for structured cabling, server closet evaluation, or multi-floor office layouts — we'll schedule an on-site visit at your convenience. We cover all of Nassau and Suffolk County for on-site assessments.

What happens after I receive the assessment report?

If you want to move forward, we'll present three proposal options: a lightweight engagement addressing only critical risks, a mid-tier plan for ongoing managed IT, and a comprehensive option including 24/7 monitoring, helpdesk, and vCIO services. Month-to-month after 90-day onboarding — no long-term contract required.

Yes. While the standard assessment covers your full stack, we can focus on specific areas if you already know what you need — for example, a cybersecurity audit before a cyber insurance renewal, a cloud migration readiness evaluation for Microsoft 365 or Azure, or a compliance gap analysis for HIPAA, SOC 2, or NY SHIELD Act requirements.
